hacker demanding points in exchange for acct back

Help GM! My couple (IGN: ÖNoKaTsÖ) got hacked by this guy named rhiyuji. I PMd the hacker and he admitted to hacking my couple's account. When I asked him to give it back, he said that he will if I give him 420 points. I refused because it is very unfair! Up to now, my couple hasn't got his account back.

I have a screenshot of our conversation:

I hope the GMs can do appropriate actions to this character! He should be banned to stop others to be victimized.
